How Payments Work
We use Square for all billing — a secure, industry-standard payment platform trusted by millions of businesses. Here's exactly how it works:
1. You Receive a Square Invoice
Before every charge, we send you a Square invoice directly to your email. You'll see a full breakdown of services rendered and the amount due — no surprises.
2. Card on File is Required
A card on file is required to start and maintain service. This ensures uninterrupted service without the hassle of paying after each visit. You will not be charged until service is confirmed.
3. Billed on the 15th — Monthly
All recurring plans (like bi-weekly mowing at $140/month) are billed on the 15th of each month. This covers both cuts for that month. You'll always receive your Square invoice a few days before the charge.
4. One-Time Services Billed After Completion
For one-time services (like a Lawn Refresh or sprinkler repair), you'll receive a Square invoice after the job is completed. Payment is due upon receipt via card, cash, or check.
